Text4numbers SMS Policy

Opt-in
Text4numbers is a standard rated services providing time-sensitive mobile alerts to customers that include assigned entry numbers to estate and moving sales, updates to said sales and occasional promotional messages.  By using Text4numbers you agree to receive said text messages.  Consent is not required to purchase goods or services.  Text4numbers is a service of Firstfifteen Software LLC (hereafter referred to as "Firstfifteen").

Opt-out
To Opt-Out (discontinue service), text "STOP" to "216-930-1062" from your mobile device. You will not receive any additional text messages, nor will you be able to use it any further to get an assigned entry number from any of our participating estate liquidators, unless you text "OPT-IN" to "216-930-1062" to resume service.

 

Help
To get help, text "HELP" to "216-930-1062".

Sale Info

To get information on the sale, text "INFO" + the sale code the liquidator has assigned to the estate/moving sale to "216-930-1062".  You will receive the sale's address and hours.  Address may not be provided if the liquidator has determined that the address is not to be made public until a certain date and time.

The cancel your number(s)

If you no longer need or want the entry number(s) assigned to you, text "CANCEL" + the sale code the liquidator has assigned to the estate/moving sale to "216-930-1062".  You will receive a message stating that your number(s) is/are no longer valid and cannot be used for entry.

Get your current entry numbers

To get a list of all the entry number assigned to you, text "NUMBERS" to "216-930-1062".  You will receive a message listing all of the still-valid entry numbers you have, as well as their liquidator-assigned sale code, sale date and time and address.  Address may not be provided if the liquidator has determined that the address is not to be made public until a certain date and time.

Warranty 
Firstfifteen will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages connected with our sms Gateway. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider/network operator. 

Privacy 
We will only use your information to provide you the services you request and as set forth in our privacy notice which can be found here.

Fee
Firstfifteen does not charge a fee for text messaging service. Standard messaging and data rates may apply, we are not responsible for any charges from a person's service provider that may result from us providing this service. Firstfifteen assumes no responsibility for charges incurred by signing up for this text messaging service. Any text messaging fees that you incur will be billed on your individual mobile provider bill.
